This is also an example of the consequences of living loose. Now the family has closure, can go home and bury their loved one. It is never easy. So sad.

Excuse me, but LEGAL immigrants can get SSD/I after being in the US for a number of years. Also, LEGAL immigrants can collect from the Social Security system if there is an agreement with their country and they legally earned the money here.

Maggieann Add up the healthcare costs of every pregnancy, birth, and pediatric visits for each of this woman's children. Then add up the amount of taxes her sperm donor(s) have paid (if they work on the books --- illegally) and see if it adds up.

You can look at this situation in 2 ways, both of which give reason why the border has GOT to be secured. One, an American citizen was kidnapped by foreign nationals and kidnapped to another country. Where is the outrage? Get these criminals out of our country!

I really, really take except to the name of this series and alleged concept of it. If it is about Hispanic AMERICANS, fine. But limit it to only those citizens and legal immigrants. I DO NOT want illegal aliens lumped as "Americans". This would be wrong and yellow journalism.

As the father of record (on some of the birth certificates) for, at least, some of the babies, the donor should be made to pay for their care, medical and physical. DNA exists to see if these children are all total siblings or half siblings.

The Worker's Compensation Board should look into this. Here is a woman who is supposed to be disabled with a back problem and she has had, at least, 8 IVFs, carrying twins once. This is all voluntary. How is her back giving her problems when she feels well enough to get repeatedly pregnant?

I thought the skit was hysterical. I am disabled myself and did not take offense. It portrayed the Gov as intelligent but visually challenged.

Haitians, Africans, and other nation's immigrants have been routinely rejected by the US because of being HIV or AIDS positive. It is grounds for refusal legal entrance. This is for public health reasons, as with other communicable diseases.
